O-Rings for the PR20, PR4A, ISC40PR?

The PR20, PR4A, and ISC40PR were discontinued in April of 2010. The PR10 is the replacement for these products. It is larger than the PR20 so installation changes are necessary in most cases. The PR20 had a 1" NPT process connection, and the PR10 has a 1 1/4" NPT process connection. The ISC40PR was a 2" version of the PR20 for the Inductive Conductivity sensor. There is also a PR10 version with a 2" NPT process connection that can be used with the ISC40 sensor, and several flange adapters are available for the 1 1/4" and 2" versions.

See the attached documents. The first two are the manuals, and the third is a list of the O-ring sizes. Yokogawa can no longer supply these O-rings, but you may be able to purchase them from a generic O-ring supplier. The manuals show an exploded diagram and identify most of the O-rings.

  • Hot-Tap Holder PR10

On-line measurements often present extra challenges, especially when routine maintenance is required. The PR10 is ideally suitable for applications where the sensors must be removed without interrupting or shutting down the process. Without any special tools the PR10 can be retracted safely from the process at pressures up to 5 bar (72 psi). Using the PR10 allows us to place any dissolved oxygen sensor that has a PG13.5 connenction into a retractable assembly.
