Conductivity Analyzers

The innovative SC450G 4-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzer has a touch screen and is a reliable instrument with high functionality.
It is widely used in drinking water, manufacturing, and pure and ultra pure water semiconductor process applications as well as in the food, pharmaceutical, and power industries.

The SC450G can also monitor pure water in accordance with USP <645>, which make the instrument ideal for the pharmaceutical industry. HART communication over an output current signal is also enabled.


Flexibility, reliability and low maintenance are among the benefits provided by the DC402G dual cell conductivity analyzer.
Designed to meet the exacting requirements of measuring dual cell conductivity and resistivity in the modern industrial environment, it contains many features to ensure the best precision whatever the application. Differential, ratio, deviation, % passage or % rejection can be indicated and/or transmitted.

The FLXA21 is a modular liquid analyzer that can be flexibly configured to measure pH/ORP, contacting conductivity, inductive conductivity, or dissolved oxygen. The FLXA21 also supports the installation of up to two sensors of the same type, thereby reducing installation costs and saving space in addition to enabling the configuration of a highly reliable backup system.


The SC72 is a compact and lightweight portable conductivity meter and has a robust waterproof construction. Features include a large, easy-to-read LCD, 300-point data memory, self-diagnostics, and auto power off.

The innovative ISC450G uses the non-contact inductive conductivity method and is suitable for a wide range of conductivity applications in the chemical (concentration monitoring of acid, alkali, and saline water), food, pharmaceutical, plating and metal finishing, and pulp and paper industries.

With its unique human machine interface, the ISC450G can display process, diagnostic, trend, and log data, and has eight language options. The FLXA202 is the pinnacle of YOKOGAWA’s 2-wire analyzer that can be flexibly configured to measure pH/ORP, contacting conductivity, inductive conductivity, or dissolved oxygen.
The FLXA202 offers rugged die-cast aluminum case, and supports customers who seek to improve plant operation safety and efficiency.

SC42 Conductivity Sensors and Fittings

The measurement of specific conductivity in aqueous solutions is becoming increasingly important for the determination of impurities in water or the concentration measurement of dissolved chemicals.

The SC42 conductivity sensor has a wide range of products to suit process conditions. 2-electrode and 4-electrode sensors are available.

The ISC40 accurately measures conductivity over a wide measuring range (1 µS/cm to 1999 mS/cm) and is suitable for a wide process temperature range (-10 to 130 ºC). The sensor's wetted part is coated with PEEK high performance engineering plastic and can be safely used even in dirty, abrasive or corrosive liquid applications.
