Conductivity Analyzers

The lineup of conductivity analyzers includes the SC450G 4-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzer, the FLXA21, and the SC202 2-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzers. The lineup of stain-resistant, inductive conductivity analyzers includes the ISC202 and the ISC450G.

SC450G 4-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzer

The innovative SC450G 4-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzer has a touch screen and is a reliable instrument with high functionality. It is widely used in drinking water, manufacturing, and pure and ultra pure water semiconductor process applications as well as in the food, pharmaceutical, and power industries.

With its unique human machine interface, the SC450G can display process, diagnostic, trend, and log data, and has eight language options. User-friendly step-by-step calibration routines are also provided that help improve quality.

The SC450G can also monitor pure water in accordance with USP <645>, which make the instrument ideal for the pharmaceutical industry. HART communication over an output current signal is also enabled.

DC402G Dual-Channel Conductivity Analyzer

Flexibility, reliability and low maintenance are among the benefits provided by the DC402G dual cell conductivity analyzer.

Designed to meet the exacting requirements of measuring dual cell conductivity and resistivity in the modern industrial environment, it contains many features to ensure the best precision whatever the application. Differential, ratio, deviation, % passage or % rejection can be indicated and/or transmitted.

FLXA21 Modular 2-Wire Conductivity Analyzer

The FLXA21 is a next-generation modular liquid analyzer that can be flexibly configured to measure pH/ORP, contacting conductivity, inductive conductivity, or dissolved oxygen. The FLXA21 also supports the installation of up to two sensors of the same type, thereby reducing installation costs and saving space in addition to enabling the configuration of a highly reliable backup system.

It has reliable and advanced features and functions such as a touch screen for improved operability, sensor self-diagnosis, maintenance time estimation, and 12 language display options.


SC202G, SC202S 2-Wire Conductivity/Resistivity Analyzers

The SC202 is designed for a 2-wire system configuration and is ideal for large-scale instrumentation. It can be used in hazardous areas and supports digital communications using the HART, Profibus-PA, or Fieldbus protocols.

Applications include water quality measurement in water treatment plants and drinking water systems; conductivity measurement of various process liquids; wash, rinse, and plating solutions for metal finishing processes; and resistivity measurement of pure and ultra pure water in the semiconductor, food, pharmaceutical and power industries. The SC202 can also monitor pure water in accordance with USP <645>.

SC72 Personal SC Meter

The SC72 is a compact and lightweight portable conductivity meter and has a robust waterproof construction. Features include a large, easy-to-read LCD, 300-point data memory, self-diagnostics, and auto power off.

ISC450G 4-Wire Inductive Conductivity Analyzer

The innovative ISC450G uses the non-contact inductive conductivity method and is suitable for a wide range of conductivity applications in the chemical (concentration monitoring of acid, alkali, and saline water), food, pharmaceutical, plating and metal finishing, and pulp and paper industries.

With its unique human machine interface, the ISC450G can display process, diagnostic, trend, and log data, and has eight language options. User-friendly step-by-step calibration routines are also provided that help improve quality. In addition, HART communication over an output current signal is supported.

ISC202G, ISC202S 2-Wire Inductive Conductivity Analyzers

The ISC202 is designed for a 2-wire system configuration and is used together with Yokogawa's ISC40 non-contacting inductive conductivity sensor, which is resistant to stain and corrosion. It supports digital communications using the HART, Profibus-PA, or Fieldbus protocols.

Applications include concentration control in the chemical industry and conductivity measurement in the food, pharmaceutical, plating and metal finishing, and pulp and paper industries. The device features a wide measurement range, zero suppression, concentration readings, and various other convenient functions.

SC210G Conductivity Sensor

The SC210G Conductivity Sensor is widely used in various water and manufacturing process applications. A wide variety of mountings are available including screw-in type, flange type, flow-through type, and screw-in type with gate valve.

SC8SG Conductivity Sensor

The SC8SG Conductivity Sensor is widely used in applications such as liquid conductivity measurement for manufacturing processes and pure water resistivity measurement in the semiconductor, food, pharmaceutical, and power industries. A wide variety of mountings are available including screw-in type, flow-through type with screw joint, and flow-through type with flange.

SC4AJ Conductivity Sensor

The SC4AJ Conductivity Sensor has a convenient, compact design and is widely used in various applications including boiler water and hydroponics conductivity measurement and  pure water resistivity measurement in the semiconductor, food, pharmaceutical, and power industries.

SC42 Conductivity Sensors and Fittings

The measurement of specific conductivity in aqueous solutions is becoming increasingly important for the determination of impurities in water or the concentration measurement of dissolved chemicals.

The SC42 conductivity sensor has a wide range of products to suit process conditions. 2-electrode and 4-electrode sensors are available.

ISC40GJ, ISC40S Inductive Conductivity Sensors

The ISC40 accurately measures conductivity over a wide measuring range (1 µS/cm to 1999 mS/cm) and is suitable for a wide process temperature range (-10 to 130 ºC). The sensor's wetted part is coated with PEEK high performance engineering plastic and can be safely used even in dirty, abrasive or corrosive liquid applications.
