The Model ISC402G inductive conductivity converter is designed for use with the Model ISC40G sensor. This revolutionary conductivity measuring system features;
+/- 0.5% accuracy over a very wide range of conductivity values(0 to 20 S/cm) and process temperatures (-20 to 130 degrees C) without changing the cell constant or the need for recalibration.
Because of its contactless measurement principle, the ISC402G converter is suited to various applications such as:
--- the chemical industry, in which the concentration of acids, alkalis or salt solutions is measured for process control purposes
--- food and chemical products and melting and surface treatment industries
--- the pulp and paper industry, for measuring conductivity.
The converter is housed in a cast aluminum epoxy-coated case that is suited for harsh environments. Its size conforms to the DIN standard (144x144mm).
The converter can linearize the output range in concentration units and offers the potential for coefficient "matrix" temperature compensation depending on the process composition. Operating parameters are stored in non-volatile memory, so there is no danger if a power failure occurs.
