Measurementation Australia have expert support for all types of analysers and sample systems. This includes:
(i) site support in the form of maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning and audits
(ii) detailed design and fabrication of new and retrofitted systems with access to all of the main site contractors
(iii) detailed consulting as required within new and existing applications
(iv) process and electrical engineering in conjunction with appropriate drafting services and access to specialists such as structural consultants and other necessary disciplines
(v) full project management including interfacing with DCS and supervisory systems and installation expertise and contractor affiliations
(vi) procurement experience for all major engineering project requirements particularly those associated with the specialist nature of analyser systems requiring very specific equipment
(vii) fabrication facilities to manufacture items not available of the shelf as commodity engineering goods.
(viii) analyser and system testing to ensure that the system will work correctly before delivery to site.
Many projects have been undertaken in alliance with the client personnel, such as:
(i) on going maintenance on customer sites
(ii) modifications to unsuccessful systems supplied by other vendors or which have had process conditions change rendering them unoperational
(iii) repeat project orders and follow on orders as a result of very successful commissioning and other site work
