Middle East Services

The Technical Support Division (TSD) of Yokogawa Middle East provides warranty support and other after-sales services for Yokogawa products and systems throughout the Middle East. And Yokogawa Middle East Engineering Division is responsible for project management and project engineering.
Technical Support Division
With a technical team comprised of qualified engineers with an average 10 years of experience, the TSD is the center of technical excellence for Yokogawa systems in the Middle East. The main functions of the TSD are maintenance services, start-up & commissioning support, customer training, and technical consultation for the full range of Yokogawa systems and products.
Customer Training-Products
The TSD provides both classroom and hands-on training to users of Yokogawa systems and products.

Engineering Division
The Engineering Division currently has 50 staff working in the project management, project support, systems engineering, and project support disciplines. If required, the company is able to mobilize additional capable and trained personnel from subsidiaries and resource centers in India, China, and the Philippines.

In January 2006, Yokogawa Middle East will be adding to its engineering capabilities with the opening of a new engineering facility at Bahrain’s International Investment Park and a new engineering center at Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates. The company will also be reinforcing its engineering capabilities in Saudi Arabia.
