At our location in Vienna the CSG Management coordinates all service activities in Austria as well as in the central- and eastern european region and is the main contact point in service matters in this area.
Because of the geographical position of our customers they are also attended by service technicians of our affiliates, as well as by our accredited service partners. All technicians regularly attend trainings, are supplied with the newest product information and have the access to a database with detailed technical documentation.
