Without speed reduction devices such as mechanical gears, the special FA direct drive servo motor, DYNASERV, is capable of precise revolution control in more than four million steps per revolution. Since the product was launched in 1987, DYNASERV has been employed in a wide range of FA devices and equipment, especially semiconductor manufacturing devices, label printers, and index devices.
