The main factory of Yokogawa Electric China Co, Ltd., a regional umbrella company established in May 2002 with the aim of capturing the largest share of China’s measurement and control market, was completed and has been in operation since October 2003. Now we are pleased to report that the factory obtained ISO 14001 certification as of May 27, 2004.
With the addition of this certification, the number of ISO14001-certified Yokogawa Group sites reached 18 as of July 2004.
