No mountain too high
During the weekends and in his spare time Nicolino dedicates himself to the mountains; skiing and biking. With his hobby he proves the same determination as in his work: there is no mountain too high! That the atmosphere at Yokogawa is good is emphasized by Nicolino: “Colleagues within our department have a good working relation that sometimes leads to personal contacts outside of the office. We then spend time in the wonderful nature mountain biking”.
Nicolino states that he is very satisfied with his job at Yokogawa: “As colleagues we maintain warm and correct contacts within our department and with the offices abroad. Not only exchanging our technical experience, but also following recent trends. Without any doubt I would recommend Yokogawa as an employer, both in terms of the career opportunities and in terms of the freedom one has to develop in his position.”
Nicolino considers it a challenge to further improve the service of his department in order to maintain the quality at the level that our clients expect. “That is a personal challenge for me, just like climbing the highest mountain”.
