Final project description
Develop and realization of flash movie to be presented to customers on new Response Center
Europe (RCE )video wall. The message is Yokogawa Global Customers Service Capabilities.
The RCE is a member of the Yokogawa Global Response Centre (GRC). The GRC’s cooperate in
service the customers with a worldwide high quality level of services including 24h/7d support.
This movie has to inform the customer in a helicopter view about:
- Actual Yokogawa’s contribution to the world
- Easy focal point contact
- The function of Yokogawa RCE/GRC
- Global Yokogawa Capabilities
- Available Products, Solutions and Services
- The function of the Hot Stand by and other relevant units.
- Recent Success stories
- Yokogawa’s future message
The video has to be presented on a video wall in the RCE, which customers visit during a company
tour or when just passing by in the public central Atrium area. The video should go live end 2008.
In order to realize above we expect from the student:
- Fine definition of the scope of work and strategy in close cooperation with Marketing and
RCE management
- Data, materials and film gathering within Yokogawa. For example, R&D, Sales Engineering
(inhouse/on site), Services.
- Realization of the movie by means of standard MS-office program.
- The film must be easily adaptable in order to up keep it / modify with the latest available
information (customers name, new releases etc.)
- Integration in de video wall including control system.
