Final project description
Categorize and/or Unify Yokogawa Response Centre Europe (RCE) Service related FAQ validated
information / knowledge 6σ based method in order to make this information available on and
imported in Global accessible Database.
The RCE is a member of the Yokogawa Global Response Centre (GRC). The GRC’s cooperate in
service the customers with a worldwide high quality level of services including 24h/7d support.
For the past decade Yokogawa RCE gathered validated answers in a database and this knowledge is
available to RCE customer service engineers. This information should be shared on Global Level.
The Goal is a Global accessible Database with useful and strong search tool for validated FAQ’s.
This knowledge should be shared
In this way Yokogawa wants to achieve higher product quality and higher customer satisfaction by
bundling knowledge.
The information should be available in a Global Standard format in order to import this in the
Global Database.
The FAQ is character string of a question and the answer basically.
Furthermore a model name and a model number are necessary.
Product name or system name etc., are necessary.
In addition, a main word becoming the topic is necessary to make it easy to search it.
