Realisatie van een standaard regeling voor boilers
Final project description
Het doel is een standaard regeling voor boilers te realiseren.
In onze DCS projecten komen regelmatig dezelfde procesapparatuur tegen waar we regelingen voor moeten leveren. Boilers zijn daarvan een goed voorbeeld.
We hebben het plan om voor de meest voorkomende procesapparatuur onze kennis te bundelen in standaard oplossingen.
Er zal een reeks met pakketten moeten ontstaan die we kunnen gebruiken in de uitvoering van projecten maar die we ook in de verkoopfase kunnen aanbieden als standaard oplossing.
De pakketten zullen in eerste instantie worden ontwikkeld voor Yokogawa SCE maar het is de bedoeling om ze beschikbaar te stellen aan alle Yokogawa vestigingen in Europa en later wellicht ook wereldwijd.
Het eerste pakket is dus voor de regelingen rondom een boiler. De student zal hierin de volgende onderdelen moeten opnemen:
- een procesbeschrijving van boilers
- de regeltechnische aspecten
- de standaard regelingen in Yokogawa’s DCS (CS3000)
