Also the Viennese operation is doing direct or cross-border business within the region.

Top Sales Representative DCS Bulgaria (M/F)
In order to expand and stabilise the sales activities within Bulgaria.
Yokogawa focuses on the chemical, oil and energy sector, but basically they have clients in all business areas. Yokogawa has well established business relations with major Bulgarian industry enterprises. Yokogawa Bulgaria consists of 1Branch Office Manager currently. For an Inside Sales Desk we also looking now.
The position is therefore characterised by the following tasks and responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Tasks
- To reach the personal sales budget ( 0,7 Mio. according to the budget of FY 07)
- To acquire new clients in the industry of Bulgaria
- To present the product range of Yokogawa in Bulgaria (industry automation)
- To consult clients concerning all technical issues related to automation
- To work on proposals and to negotiate contracts
- To participate in tenders
- Market Research and observation of the competition on a regular basis
- To structure the market and the client needs
- To establish the sales strategy, budgeting and forecasting
- To report on a regular basis to the Branch Office Manager in Bulgaria
- To harmonize his work with the rest of the team
- To stay in regular contact with the clients
- Reporting about sales figures towards Branch Office Manager
Leadership Responsibility:
The position holder has basically no subordinates. Leadership capabilities are required in the sales terms to coach the Bulgarian team for business success.
Key Internal and External Contacts:
Externally the position holder is in contact with clients and potential clients.
Internally the holder of the position has contact with all local staff and the Sales Department in Vienna and other European headquarter departments.
Organisational Hierarchy
Top sales representative is directly responsible to the Branch Office Manager in Sofia. In the same time he is responsible in vertical subordination to European product sales managers (SCE, ICE, and TCE).
Reporting within the Company:
The position holder is reporting to the Branch Office Manager in Bulgaria.
Competencies:
After the trial period the position holder will be authorised by the Branch Office Manager to represent the company in front of the clients (pricing, conditions of contracts according to the ISO guidelines) with the authorization for discounts and other business conditions.
General Conditions
Place of Employment:
Place of employment is the office of Yokogawa, Druzba 2 Bl.224 a, App.13, BG-1582 Sofia, but it is planned to move into a new office with April 2007 to District Izgrev, Building 1 of Administrative and Trade Center.
The candidate must be prepared to travel within Bulgaria and Europe.
In case the qualified candidate is located somewhere else it will be considered to have the positionholders office there with one day presence per week in the office Sofia.
Contractual Conditions/Salary:
The monthly salary for this position is according to the local market value and has to be agreed with Yokogawa. Bonus will be defined in a frame work of additional 1 to 2 salaries per year dependent on achievements of revenue and profitability plans. A company car is included; the value has to be agreed. Salary growth policy is dependent on the success of the first year and will be established there after by Branch Office Manager.

The office of Yokogawa in Sofia is a small sales and service organisation, fully integrated in Yokogawa European operations through management and product supports structure; Yokogawa Bulgaria is in continuous contact with many business clients in Bulgaria.
