Sie führen unser kleines Service-Team, das alle Reparaturen, Re-Kalibrierungen und auch Vorort Service-Einsätze und Beratungen durchführt. Dabei sind Sie für die effiziente Abwicklung aller Serviceaufträge verantwortlich. Zusätzlich sollen Sie die Abläufe in der Abteilung optimieren und durch Reorganisation eine Steigerung des Serviceumsatzes realisieren. Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben gehören:
- Führung und Koordination des Personals in der Abteilung
- Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen
- Unterstützung des weltweiten Service-Netzwerkes
- Abwicklung unserer Kalibrierservice-Aufträge
- Betreuung der Ersatzteilversorgung
- Durchführung von Rückrufaktionen
- Durchführung von Reparaturen
Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik / Mechanik oder Mechatronik mit Abschluss als Techniker. Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Messtechnik und/oder einer leitenden Funktion einer Serviceabteilung mit. Bereitschaft zur Hands-on-Mitarbeit und zur selbständigen Durchführung von Reparaturen setzen wir voraus. Aufgrund unserer internationalen
Ausrichtung sind gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich. Außerdem sind Sie kundenorientiert und kostenbewusst. Diese Position erfordert die Bereitschaft für internationale Service-Einsätze.
