Job
- You're responsible for the improvement of the engineering process within Europe;
- You advise on and improve engineering working methods e.g. harmonization of project schedules;
- You capture lessons learned, develop engineering typicals & efficiency standards and implement them;
- You enhance Knowledge Management techniques and tools;
- You represent Yokogawa Europe, which has a leading role in Safety System engineering, regarding Global Engineering improvement initiatives;
- You align with other business disciplines such as sales, service and quality;
Profile
- Bachelor degree in engineering;
- At least 5 years demonstrable experience in a professional and quality focused engineering environment;
- Affinity with quality improvement and knowledge management;
- Expert in Thinking Out of the Box;
- Strong persuasive communication skills, focusing on mediation/bridge building;
- Experience with Safety Systems engineering is preferred
- Result oriented attitude.
