Administrator European Logistics Centre (M/F)
(Office Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, parttime 3-4 days a week for a period of 6 months)
The European Logistics Centre (ELC) is the heart of all European logistic services of Yokogawa. Although DHL handles our logistic and administrative activities, 3 colleagues in Amersfoort and 5 colleagues in Amsterdam-ZO co-ordinate and check our logistic process.
Job
You are responsible for:
- Checking and following-up of (actual and theoretical) stock;
- Creating purchase orders, stock & 3rd party vendors;
- Administration of modification orders;
- Creation of purchase order aligned companies;
- Drawing up Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN);
- Checking, following-up, executing and (if applicable) expediting ordered materials for our subsidiaries throughout Europe;
- Handling questions and complaints regarding orders and shipments.
All transactions are processed in our SAP system and you are directly reporting to the Manager Logistics.
Profile
- You have recently completed an education on MBO-level in Logistics or similar kind of education;
- You wish to gain experience in an international Logistics department;
- You are proficient in English and Dutch;
- You are client oriented and pro-active;
- You can work independently or with few instructions. You are good at setting priorities and are flexible;
- You are good at working accurate, also in stressfull situations.
