Administrator Logistics Support Centre (M/F)

This move will efficiently bring together the know-how and experience of our European headquarters, the Dutch sales and service organisation and our European systems engineering centre.

Administrator Logistics Support Centre (M/F)
(Office Amersfoort)

The European Logistics Centre (ELC) is the heart of all European logistic services of Yokogawa. Although DHL handles our logistic and administrative activities, 3 colleagues in Amersfoort and 5 colleagues in Amsterdam-ZO co-ordinate and check our logistic process.

You are responsible for:
  • LSC Call handling and registration.
  • KPI and logistics reporting
  • Quality reporting
  • Export documentation
  • Project shipment logistics
  • CBS reporting
  • Sales order handling
  • Claims
All transactions are processed in our SAP system and you are directly reporting to the Manager Logistics.

  • You have a 'MBO' degree in Logistics or similar kind of education;
  • You have experience with working with 3PL service providers;
  • You have demonstrable experience with handling questions, complaints and updating internal and external customers;
  • You are proficient in English and Dutch;
  • You are client oriented and pro-active;
  • You can work independently or with few instructions. You are good at setting priorities;
  • You are good at working accurate, also in stressful situations.
