System Sales & Marketing Secretary
Job
- Provide the initial point of contact for greeting visitors and answering telephone calls.
- Maintain resources diary for appointments to ensure that the location of each member of staff is known.
- Responsible for office equipment and to liaise with supplier on issues associated with the equipment.
- Organise travel arrangements for staff and lunches for customer meetings.
- Maintain petty cash system.
- Place purchase orders using SAP via the Runcorn system.
- Forecasting and managing marketing budget.
- Responsible for the timely provision of company PR material to agent.
- Communicating marketing and PR activity to YEF-UK and YEF-HQ.
- Organise PR events, exhibitions and road shows.
- Updating web site and intranet content.
Profile
- Experience in Sales Administration / Marketing co-ordination functions.
- 'O' level / GCSE level of education.
- PC literate in use of WP, Spreadsheets, Power Point and databases.
