Opening ceremony of new Yokogawa Europe building

The special opening ceremony for Yokogawa Europe's new premises will take place on Friday, December 8, on the industrial estate ‘De Hoef’ on a very prominent location near the A1. Even in times like these when many mergers are taking place Yokogawa Europe shows its confidence in its future as an independent firm in industrial process automation and test- and measurement instrumentation.
The Yokogawa building is home to a number of functions. In the factory liquid analysers are designed and built, which are sold world-wide through numerous Yokogawa sales channels. It is also the European headquarters for 14 subsidiaries in Europe and Africa. And lastly the European Sales Force active in the areas in Europe, the Middle East and Africa where there is no Yokogawa subsidiary.
The opening ceremony will be attended by Mr. Staal, the Queen's Commissioner in Utrecht, Mrs. Van Vliet, mayor of Amersfoort, Mr. Ikeda, the Japanese ambassador in the Netherlands and Mr. Uchida, president and Chief Executive Officer Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Japan.
