Yokogawa has launched the DX-P series paperless recorders for pharmaceutical manufacturing applications. The DX-P provides electronic record functions and electronic signature functions in compliance with the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR part 11.

All DAQstations are network-enabled display stations and data acquisition stations that include standard Ethernet interface, supporting TCP/IP and FTP protocols plus built-in web server and e-mail messaging functions.

The pharmaceutical model DX-P offers secure encrypted data records including configuration data and audit trail data. System access is controlled by a special login function, featuring user name, user ID and password requirements. The special batch function of the DX-P offers the possibility to add batch related information to the file, like batch name, lot number and specific comments. After checking the historical data, it is possible to sign the record on three different levels. DAQSIGNIN PC software comes as a standard accessory software package and allows to display, sign and printout the data records afterwards in a PC network environment.

The DX-P can be used in a wide range of GMP related applications in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry such as manufacturing, cold storage, sterilisation, freeze drying and clean-room monitoring and can be delivered including the IQ and OQ documents to help you simplify the process of validation.
