Quality from the ground up
Yokogawa GMSC operates a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of the International Quality Standard, BS EN ISO9001:2000 and TickIT ('TickIT' being the application of ISO9001 to a software environment). Yokogawa GMSC obtained formal certification on the 14th September 1995, and Re-Certification to the revised ISO9001: 2000 standard on 26th September 2001 from the external auditing organisation Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

The Quality Management System is re-audited by DNV on a six monthly basis, with re-certification every three (3) years, most recently in September 2004. The Yokogawa GMSCQuality Policy statement is that "We aim to deliver faultless work which exactly meets customer requirements", and is the foundation of our approach of always ensuring that our customers are happy with their decision to have selected Yokogawa GMSC and its products or services to provide the best solution for their needs.
