This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of hardware, daily maintenance procedures and measures to be taken when system alarm messages are generated.

For CS1000/3000 engineers and technicians who need to perform maintenance on the CS1000/3000 system.

Course duration is 3 days.
Prerequisites
Participants should have attended CS1000/3000 Familiarisation course.
Schedule
Day 1:
- Hardware and daily maintenance of HIS, FCU.
- Laboratory work: Daily inspection procedures of CS1000/3000 hardware.
Day 2:
- Replacement and daily maintenance procedures for CRT, hard disk drives, keyboard, and other hardware.
- Laboratory work: Installation environment standard.
Day 3:
- System alarm messages and the relevant measures to be taken.
- Evaluation.
