Objectives
This course covers the configuration and in depth setup procedures for Foundation Fieldbus using tools provided by Yokogawa and third party software. The trainee will learn how to use the Yokogawa configuration tools, and learn about the Foundation Fieldbus standard, its issues and functionality. The course includes hands on workshops and exercises using Yokogawa and industry standard instrumentation, Yokogawa PRM, National Instruments monitor and configurator, Relcom FBT3 FBT5

For instrument technicians and engineers involved in the installation, operation and maintenance of Foundation Fieldbus networks.

Prerequisites
Participants should have:
- Understanding of DCS and instrumentation.
- Completed curriculum of “Foundation Fieldbus Fundamentals” or equivalent.
- Completed curriculum of “Foundation Fieldbus Engineering” or equivalent.
