Capacitance type magnetic flowmeter
Flow signals are detected by the electrodes installed on the outside of the ceramic tube through the capacitance of the tube wall. Electromotive force in the fluid is securely detected with minimum noise thanks to high frequency excitation and a high impedance circuit. Stable zero is realized thanks to impravemented magnetic circuit and capacitance electrode.
