The LT9730 is a gravity-fed quad site handler that meets all high frequency contact requirements
without any compromise in throughput.


The LT9730 comes in tube-fed and magazine-fed configurations and has a variety of options including IC flip-over and vision inspection functions that
greatly reduce jamming and lead damage.
Its outstanding reliability has made the LT9730
the preferred handler solution for semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.

  • High Throughput
    With its highly reliable stop-free loader/unloader and 0.6 index time,
    the LT9730 can handle up to 22,000 devices per hour (quad-site).

  • High-frequency Measurement
    The LT9730 can be used for up to 6GHz measurements by deleting
    the bridge rail at the contact (PTB method).

  • Numerous Options
    A wide variety of options such as tube- and magazine-fed containers,
    IC flip-over and rotary mechanisms, and a vision system are available
    that allow you to adapt each system component to match the functions
    required in your specific application.

  • Quick Changeover
    Geared to production efficiency, the LT9730 takes only 30 minutes
    at most to accommodate a new package.
