Yokogawa transferred its IC Handler business to TESEC Corporation on July 1, 2008, as announced in the Company's press release of March 26, 2008.

Yokogawa IC Handler products transferred to TESEC Corporation are:

• Pick & Place IC Handlers (HS2000 Series)
• Gravity IC Handlers (LT9730 Series, LT9900 Series)
• Auto Handlers for TCP/COF (AH9610)
