Long -Term Business Success
Lifetime Partnership
Long-term business success needs a long-term strategy. A long-term partnership with Yokogawa will help provide the highest total value of ownership for automation solutions.
CENTUM : Three Decades of Compatibility

Consistency and long-term support are the hallmark of Yokogawa production control systems. From the very first CENTUM system introduced in 1975 to the latest CS 3000 R3 system, Yokogawa policy ensures effective migration and smooth evolution of your plant.
Our latest DPharp EJX series pressure transmitter exemplifies Yokogawa commitment to delivering state-of-the-art yet field-proven solutions. Inheriting the DPharp full-digital silicon resonant sensor technology, the DPharp EJX sets a new standard for DP measurement. In addition to its unique capability to measure both differential pressure and static pressure, it is the world’s leading transmitter in accuracy, stability, and response time.
DPharp EJX’s stability guarantee incorporates over-pressure effects as well as temperature and static pressure, making it the world’s most reliable transmitter in field applications. As a clear testimony to its fundamentally stability and fail-safe design, DPharp EJX is certified by TÜV as a SIL2 safety transmitter without any options required.

  Condition Based Maintenance Policy
Everyone understands corrective maintenance means not only higher maintenance costs but also a loss of production. That is why preventive maintenance is one of the keys for maintenance and production efficiency. There are two types of preventive measures: Time Based Maintenance (TBM) and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM). In TBM, multiple equipment installed in one process unit are treated as one group, and maintained together based on statistics reliability time-based theory. The advantage of TBM is it enables (1) to minimize some failures in advance and (2) to plan maintenance schedule in advance. Its disadvantage is unnecessary maintenance due to using the shortest statistics of reliability from safety point of view.
In comparison, the advantage of CBM is that it prevents performing excess maintenance by handling each equipment individually. In CBM, individual equipment is monitored periodically throughout its lifecycle, and its reliability is accurately judged by diagnostics.
Yokogawa develops advanced diagnostic technology for ideal CBM such as stress quantitative technology, deterioration failure detection analysis and strength performance measurement. In the era of digital field networks, such digital information provides accurate information to monitor equipment and to supply predictive diagnostics.
