They also appreciate the high reliability of our products and our founding principle of putting quality first. Yokogawa will continue to develop outstanding products that help its customers achieve growth and benefit society as a whole.

As part of the 90th anniversary celebrations, the YOKOGAWA Technology Innovation Fair was held from October 26 to 29, 2005, at the Century Hyatt Tokyo. Divided into zones named “The Origins,” “The Solutions,” and “The Future,” this event introduced over 7,000 visitors to Yokogawa’s latest solutions, vision for the future, and technologies that will make this vision a reality.

On October 27, a Global Symposium under the theme “The clear path to operational excellence” was held in one of the Century Hyatt’s banquet rooms. Attendees included 26 executives of major global customers in the IA industry and 34 journalists from 13 countries.

Isao Uchida, President and CEO, reviewed Yokogawa’s history, expressed great appreciation to its customers, and reiterated the company’s commitment to becoming the global No. 1 IA supplier by 2010. Congratulatory speeches were also delivered by a couple of guests from major global companies who are loyal customers of Yokogawa.
