Job opportunity for  Department Secretary

Position – Department Secretary

Location - Bangalore

Department -ENGINEERING

Qualification - Graduate - Commerce or Science .

Experience 3 – 4 years.

Skill Set Required:

  • Good Communication skills - Spoken & Written.
  • Good language proficiency.
  • Good Computer Proficiency - MS Word, MS Excel, Type writing skills,
    PowerPoint (optional), MS Access (optional) Basic commercial concepts
    SAP exposure would be added benefit.

Job Profile:

  • Assistance in Invoicing - Time sheet management, SAP entries
    Assistance for travel arrangements - ticketing,
    engineer deputation co-ordination with affiliates,
    visa, insurance, forex etc Department activities
    co-ordination - OLTS, Meeting arrangements etc
    Dept Document Control activities.
