Deterioration diagnosis of your control and measuring equipment

• Various parts of the equipment are checked for nonperformance, surface substance deposits and corrosions.
• Destructive and non-destructive inspections can be conducted.

Supply of data for lifespan diagnosis, and effective planning of replacement schedule and maintenance program

• Hardware lifespan is predicted using a gas corrosion test system (using an acceleration test).
• The limit of use is predicted based on the maintenance capability (maintenance part supply and repair organizations).
