The input sampling period is 200 ms for 4 loops. The input conversion accuracy is 0.1% of full scale, and the input resolution is 0.1°C. |
FA-M3 ToolBox for TC and Monitoring Modules R4 (SF661-ECW)
The SF661-ECW FA-M3 ToolBox for Temperature Control and Monitoring Modules is a parameter setup tool for the Temperature Control and PID Module (F3CU04-0N, F3CU04-1N, F3CU04-0S and F3CU04-1S) and the Temperature Monitoring Module (F3CX04-0N).
