- 「前工程・後工程検査」における横河電機製テスタ装置のメーカーサービス

前工程から後工程にいたる一貫した総合的なサービスにより、半導体メーカーの生産効率向上とコスト削減の両面からお客様のビジネスの成功を強力にサポートしています。
なお、テスタの中古装置の買取及び販売サービスにおいては、長年のノウハウを活かした横河電機製品の買取・再生を行う体制と、また再生製品に対する新品と同様のメンテナンス体制を確立しております。

Business Concept
YFE’s semiconductor service business is developing over a wide range from “front end process” to “back end process”. Our providing support & service is as follows.
1.Maker Authorized Service for “front end process” equipment, such as Plasma Ether, CVD, Horizontal Furnace and CMP, under the partnership with makers
2.Maker Own Service of YOKOGAWA LSI test systems for both “front end process and back end process”
3.Strasbaugh’s sales activities in Japan including CMP tools and Back Grinders
Distributor of Veeco's Piezocon® sensor, and Piezocon® Dopant Mixing System (DMS)
Distributor of Vantage's SlurryScope
YFE is strongly supporting to realize customer business success by providing consistent support & service throughout “front end and back end process”, for both sides of improving productivity and also cost reduction.
Regarding Used YOKOGAWA LSI test systems, we have established the purchase and refurbish system utilizing YOKOGAWA’s many years of experience and know-how, and have established the equivalent maintenance system to brand-new one.
YFE contributes toward customer’s progress on business by offering total solutions from customer’s point of view and by expanding the business region.
