YFE is hoping the triple win relationship with semiconductor device maker and equipment maker.
-Device maker: can stably use the legacy equipment for a long time
->Service for device maker
-Equipment maker: can focus their resources on state-of-the-art equipment
-> Service for equipment maker
-YFE: can enhance brand image of the maker and expand our business,by providing the maker equivalent and quality service to customers, by fully utilizing know-how, infrastructure and network established by Industrial Automation business and YOKOGAWA LSI test systems service, by applying YOKOGAWA brand name and “vigilance” spirit of business concept to the products transferred.
YFE is involved in the support & service business, based on “Maker Authorized Service” which is under the partnership with equipment makers (*1) contracting service transfer.
