1. What kinds of product support are available?


There are two product support contracts, one for VDS and one for FCN/FCJ.
The VDS software license support contract and the FCN/FCJ software license support contract offering the following:

  • New release information is sent to the contractor by email.
  • The right to purchase a “Release-up Kit” to upgrade the VDS software to the latest version when the release information indicates that an upgrade is necessary.

2. What types of technical support are available?


STARDOM Technical Assist (STA) provides the following:

  • IEC programming support, Java programming support, environmental setting support, etc. via email during engineering phase.
  • User ID and password allowing access to a site where the latest information, an FAQ, sample programs, tools, etc. are available.
  • Delivery by email of new release information and bug.
