UT551-xA to xD Digital Indicating Controller

Model UT551-xA to xD Digital Indicating Controller is an intelligent, micro-processor based digital indicating controller with Ethernet communication functions. It has a user-friendly large numerical display with an "Active Color PV Display" color changing function. The UT551-xA to xD features many functions as standard, which are necessary for various control applications, and all of these functions such as control, control computation, and signal computation functions can be configured by using the keys on the front panel. The controller has eight types of control strategies, the "SUPER" overshoot suppressing function and "SUPER 2" hunting suppressing function as well as an auto-tuning function that standard. It is suitable for a diverse range of applications, with a position-proportional control model also available.

• An embedded Ethernet communication function is available. Connectivity to host devices is provided by Modbus/TCP protocol.
• The UT551 can use the Ethernet serial gateway function to relay an Ethernet compatible host device and a device with the RS485 serial communication function (Modbus/RTU protocol) such as GREEN Series controller.
• An extra-large digital display allows the indicated values to be read even from a long distance. 20mm LEDS are used for the process variable display. This is a five-digit display for higher resolution.
• Eight types of control function, including single-loop control, cascade control, loop control with PV autoselector, and loop control with PV-hold function are available, enabling the operator to start control operation immediately after entering settings.
• Parameters can be easily set using a personal computer.
