Data Acquisition and Monitoring for Film Manufacturing Equipment
Controls temperature in, and acquires data from, various internal components of plastic film manufacturing equipment. An easy to use, high cost-performance data acquisition and monitoring system can be assembled by using Ethernet compatible instruments and DAQWORX package software.

- Using the Ethernet-compatible UT35A Controller or MX100 Data Acquisition Unit makes it easy to transfer control data and measured data to a PC.
- The UT35A Ethernet gateway function makes it possible to access data even from the non-Ethernet–compatible UT32A Controller (devices communicate with each other via RS-422/485).
- Using DAQWORX data acquisition and monitoring software, you can acquire and monitor data from dissimilar models (the UT35A, UT32A, or MX100 Data Acquisition Unit) without programming. This solution is overwhelmingly preferable to developing proprietary software both in terms of cost and time.
