| 1. The LL installation failed. |
| Does your system meet the minimum requirements? Did you use double-byte characters for the login user name? Please check them again. |
| 2. What media are offered? |
| Floppy discs. |
| 3. Can it be used on the USB port? |
| Use our proprietary cable, KM13-1N (sold separately). |
| 4. I want to purchase an adapter and cable separately. |
| The adapter is not sold by itself. The cable is part number KM11-2T. |
| 5. What is the life span of the batteries used with the adapter? |
| 50 hours of continuous use. |
| 6. What are the supported models? |
| The models supported are the UT300/351/400/500/700 series, and the UP350/550/750. |
| 7. I want to save measured data to CSV format. |
| This can be done. |
| 8. Is data logging possible? |
| You can do this using the multi-monitor function. However, all data are not saved. It only logs the data saved in the CSV file format. Unsaved portions are discarded! |
| 9. Can I delete unneeded segments in the program creation screen? |
| Select Delete segment from the Edit item in the top of the screen. |
| 10. What is included in the LL set? |
| Software (on floppy disc), an adapter, cable, and user's manual. |
| 11. There are parameters on the UT320/321/350/351 that I can't set. |
| The communication parameters and LOCK parameters cannot be set with the LL depending on the specifications on the UT side. |
| 12 What do the LL100 and LL200 software do, and what are the differences? |
| This is software for the UT and UP. LL100 is a parameter setting tool. LL200 has the same functions as LL100, but adds the custom computation creation function. |
| 13. What do the LL1100 and LL1200 software do, and what are the differences? |
| This is software for the US1000. LL1100 is a parameter setting tool. LL1200 has the same functions as LL100, but adds the custom computation creation function. |
| 14. Is the cable purchased separately? |
| No. You purchase a set, and the dedicated cable is included. |
| 15. How about a USB cable? |
| Please purchase our Yokogawa cable KM13-1N separately. |
| 16. How long is the accessory cable? |
| It is three meters long (about three yards). |
| 17. Can the cable be extended? |
| There are 5 and 10-meter cables available separately (part numbers KM11-3T*A and KM11-4T*A respectively). |
| 18. What OS do LL100 and LL200 support? |
| They support Windows 98/2000 (Professional)/XP (Home Edition or Professional, or Windows NT 4.0 (SP3 or later). |
