First obtain a fixed IP address from the network administrator. Then enter the obtained IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway on the DA100.

2. The DA100 is connected to a PC (DAQ32) using an RS232C cable. I would like an overview of the procedure for changing the communication speed from 9600 to 38400 bps.
First, if DAQ32 is currently monitoring or recording, stop those operations. Then make the change using the following steps:
  1. Start "Software Configurator" and choose the Communications tab.
  2. Click 9600 under Baud rate in the RS232C area to display a list. Click 38400 in the list.
  3. The three displayed dipswitches change.
  4. The display shows how to set the dipswitches on the DA100's RS232C module. Turn OFF the power to the DA100 and set the dipswitches as shown.
  5. Turn ON the power to the DA100. Turn DAQ32 OFF, then back ON again.
  6. Communication is now possible at 38400 bps.

Unfortunately, you can only monitor up to 20 ch with DAQ32. However, please look into DAQ32PLUS which offers 300 channels + 60 computation channels.
