When connecting MW100s to the DX2000 via Modbus/TCP, the DX2000 automatically connects (configures) the Modbus server on the network. With just a simple operation, the MW100 is recognized and its measurement channels are assigned to DX expansion channels automatically, making troublesome Modbus register settings and other setup unnecessary. Now it's easier than ever to take advantage of a PC-free, distributed multipoint data acquisition system using the DX2000 and MW100s.

* This function only available on a DX2000 with the external input channel function (/MC1 option). Also, MW100s that support auto assignment are those with firmware version R2.22 or later.
