Introducing Useful Functions
JUXTA M Series Signal Conditioners
![]()
The advanced, "breakpoint linearization function" is included (the VJ77 setting tool is useful for breakpoint settings).
[Affected Models]
MA5 Distributor (1-output), MA5D (2-output, isolated), MH5 Isolator (1-output), MH5D (2-output, isolated) Universal Temperature Converter
[Setup Procedure]
After starting the VJ77 and choosing Parameter settings > Set > SET, you can turn LINEARIZE "ON" in the SET(I/O) tab and specify the desired breakpoints (and their number) of the desired breakpoint table allowing operations with arbitrary breakpoints. You can save changed settings as data.
[Setting Example]
Using breakpoints, you can assign input signals (such as changing the correspondence of 4-20 mA signals with 0-100% of output to 4-12 mA signals) or implement limits.
