The LL100 Parameter Setting Tool is a software package that enables you to set the functional configuration parameters (setup parameters) and operation parameters of a digital indicating controller and a program controller, as well as the program patterns of a program controller, on a PC.

Tuning is performed after setting the controller parameters, but you really want to be able to watch the movements of the loops as you perform the tuning, especially when working with multiple loops. The LL100's Multi-Monitor function makes it easy! You can display trends of up to sixteen loops and tune them individually. Naturally, the tuning results are recorded as PID values, making comparisons of values simple. The PV, SP, and MV trend data are saved to a CSV file which makes it convenient to check data and create reports even after returning from the site. By all means, try out this in your measuring applications.

Multi-monitor Display
Multi-monitor Display
-
Easy-to-read trend display
Measured values (PV), setting values (SP), and control output values (OUT) are displayed as trends (online display). Colors can be applied to trends as desired.

-
Automatic detectino makes connectins easy
Just connect an instrument: the software detects the model automatically (up to 16 loops). Dedicated adapter/RS-485 Communication/ Ethernet Communication

-
Easy-to-read panel view
Digitally displays measured values (PV), setting values, (SP), and control output values (OUT). Lets you check alarm statuses (ON/OFF).

-
Easy-to-read tuning function
Tunes PID parameters while checking the operation of other loops, and change the operation if needed (RUN/STOP, AUTO/MAN, etc.) Tuning data can be held at each execution point.

-
Easy-to-confirm recording function
Records all data displayed as trends. Save data in CSV format. Redisplay previously saved trend data (offline display).
