The MX110-UNV-H04 High Speed Universal Input Module is recommended to our DAQMASTER customers who are concerned about high frequency noise. The module is designed with individually isolated channels that are equipped with dedicated integrating A/D converters, and offers noise rejection performance that is superior to scanner type modules (those that scan multiple channels with a single A/D converter during measurement) in the following two aspects.

• When compared at the same measurement interval, a longer integral time is applied.
• The structure of the circuit is simple, and the amount of change from common mode noise to normal mode noise is small in high frequencies.

When searching for a measuring instrument that is resistant to noise, it is recommended that you consider not only measuring intervals and number of channels, but also the type and structure of the A/D converters.
