Training

Rota Yokogawa has been investing in in-house training for years. Our aim is to train our staff as best as possible to safeguard a high quality level. This is why our trainees in industrial mechanics and mechatronics are among the best in their grade. This was confirmed on several occasions by the awards presented to our trainees by the chamber of industry and commerce.

An important item in our training course is to train our trainees as close to reality as possible. This is why our training centre is embedded into our engineering department. There, numerous projects and task await their implementation during the training programme. Included in the programme is how to design and build devices, create operating programmes for machines and carry out tests and trials etc. However the implementation of such projects necessitates technical understanding and expertise. For this reason Rota Yokogawa conducts numerous courses and training schemes outside the tuition at vocational colleges.

Among these are technical drawing, CAD courses, CNC courses, pneumatics, und SPS courses and also numerous technical presentations on various subjects such as properties of and working with stainless steel. We also cooperate with several training partners. These are training facilities or Yokogawa locations where training measures like welding courses are conducted outside the company.

You are interested? Then send us your application. As an established company offering vocational training we provide you with a well founded and diverse training. For those who have graduated successfully we have been offering a good chance of being taken on. Our fields of activities internationally increase constantly, so we can offer you good opportunities for your education and career. We start the training in September or, for DHBW studies, in October. We should have your application documents about twelve months prior to these dates. Take your time to organize your documentation carefully:

■ letter of application
■ CV in table form with a recent photograph
■ copies of the last certificates
■ certificates of any traineeships, language courses, further expertise etc.
