The fitOMS module series provides optional blending and overall offsite processing solutions. In its development, Yokogawa has incorporated all the know-how acquired through the course of its long experience in the oil movement field.

fitOMS BPC is a multi-variable model predictive controller and blend optimizer. This module enables closed loop control of blend properties using on-stream analytical tools such as NIR analyzers.In batch blending processes, it can keep integrated product properties within blend targets in the most cost effective manner.

fitOMS BPC operates on a Windows-based PC. Seamless combination with fitOMS BLEND (Blend Ratio Control Module) ensures complete blending solutions.
