OPC-DA Client and Server DCOM tunneller

Running OPC-DA Server and Clients on a PC that does not have FAST/TOOLS installed can result in DCOM setting problems.

Using "DCOM tunneller" over the internal software bus of FAST/TOOLS cutting out security and configuration issues associated with DCOM.
