High Availability Computing

The High Availability Computing package provides a hot-standby FAST/TOOLS server configuration. The purpose of these features is to support redundant server configurations in order to reduce down-time.

The high availability features include:

Redundant server support
Monitoring CPU levels and activity of FAST/TOOLS processes
Synchronising data between redundant servers
Watchdog monitoring
Logging, events and diagnostics of changes in the hot standby configuration

Microsoft MS-Excel Report Add-in for FAST/TOOLS

This Excel Report Add-in for FAST/TOOLS loads FAST/TOOLS real-time, history, alarms, logs files and configuration data into Excel worksheets.
With MS-Excel you can build powerful analyzing functions, reports, etc.

Alarm System Performance Analysis

FAST/TOOLS ASPA delivers critical statistical views and tools which are required to analyze the level of performance in relation to the guidelines of EEMUA 191.

ASPA supports the alarm system performance improvement processes to avoid operator overload and reduce the risk of critical alarms being overlooked, causing wrong or to late decisions putting safety as well as the continuity and quality of production at stake.
