Objective

In this course, the participants will gain an understanding of the procedures for daily hardware maintenance, periodic inspection, collection of data in the event of a non-conformity, recovery and software update.

Prerequisite

Participants should ideally be familiar with CENTUM CS engineering, UNIX and network operations.

2	Hardware & daily maintenance of FCS, ACG & ABC Laboratory work: Daily inspection procedures of FCS, ACG and ABC
3	CENTUM CS software maintenance * ICS software structure * FCS software configuration * EWS operating environment * Printer Setup * Vnet communication handling and error processing
4	CENTUM CS software installation and backup procedure Laboratory work: Disk backup procedure, software installation and update procedure
5	Data collection in the event of a non-conformity in engineering and communication functions Recovery procedures for ICS, FCS, EWS and ACG Remote Maintenance Support functions and its merit
