Training Centre
Yokogawa Training Centre in Singapore commenced operation in Oct 1986. We have 14 years history of active involvement in training our customers in the area of instrumentation and control. Today, we are offering more that just instrumentation and control courses, Training Centre is also a recognized training provider of fundamental modules in process technician training. To date, we have trained a total of more than 10,000 participants from over 480 organisations based in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and America.
The Training Centre is staffed with full-time instructors dedicated to conduct training. Training facilities include lecture rooms, training workshop and a wide range of training materials including books, manuals, video-tapes and audio-visual training aids.
The Training Centre offers many types of courses in the area of the fundamentals of instrumentation and control, and distributed control systems for process industry's personnel. These are organised periodically or can be tailored to meet our customers' needs. Please refer to the enclosed respective course outline for more details. Most of our courses in instrumentation and control are supported by Skills Development Fund (SDF).
For all courses that are being conducted at our Training Centre, writing materials and course textbooks will be provided. Our courses commence daily at 0900 hours and end at 1700 hours. Lunch break is from 1200 hours to 1300 hours. Lunch will be provided at our cafeteria. At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be awarded to all participants who have attended at least 75% of the course.
