Why aren't trends and other monitors displayed with SMARTDAC+ GX/GP/GM series?

The web application uses Java to display trends and other monitors.
Trends and other monitors cannot be displayed correctly in some network environments (see the figure below), but this can be corrected by changing the settings shown below. Note that this is a non-standard configuration, please proceed at your own risk.
