- Data measured by the Yokogawa DL series1, PZ40002, or WE7000 that have been saved in binary format. (File extension is .wvf.)
- Data that has been recorded in realtime using the DL750/DL750P, and DL708E/DL716 (.rtm data.)
- In both cases, files must contain 100 or more data points.

2 Since data from the PZ4000 includes zero cross data in order to calculate accurate power values for the last 4 bits of the 16-bit acquisition data, only simple waveform display is possible. However, with the PZ4000 Sensor Module (Model 253771), measured data cannot be displayed as waveform data when measuring rotation speed with pulse input. For accurate data display, use PZ4000 PowerViewer Software (Model 253734).
